DATES: July 24–August 3 [Mon, Tue, Thur 5:30–7pm] PLACE: Williston Northampton School Track @ Galbraith Fields, Easthampton FOR: Runners entering 7th–12th grades COST: $60* Get excited and motivated for the fall cross country season at this fun, informative clinic for middle and high school runners! In addition to running each day, we’ll discuss nutrition, recovery, running form, pacing, and prevention and treatment of common injuries. Special guests will include Jim Lyons, Doctor of Physical Therapy at Synergy PT. We will join the Northampton Community Gardens 5K on Aug. 1; clinic meets at the Williston Northampton School Track at Galbraith Fields in Easthampton all other days. Dress to run; distance and pace will vary by day and be tailored to each athlete. ABOUT THE COACHES: Ashley Krause, current Easthampton HS XC Club Coach, former Northampton HS girls XC coach; and Leslie Charles, on-line running coach and head Ultimate coach at Smith College. Both certified USATF level 1.
