Every Thursday through October 15th, SMAC will be hosting a casual speed work/interval session at Eaglebrook's track with a warm up group lap starting at 6:15. Come early to warm up on your own—the track opens at 6, but the nearby trails are open all day. Each session will have two suggested workouts planned that should take less than one hour to complete. Bring water, running gear and a good attitude and you will leave with new running partners and improved fundamentals. Once the workout is complete, we usually meet for a few cool down laps where we talk about upcoming races, running in general or whatever comes up.
